The Service is a technical assistance service: we help users set up, configure, and maintain access to third-party AI tools (including but not limited to ChatGPT and Claude). What you purchase is this technical service, not any official account, membership, or authorization from a third-party platform.

The Service is not affiliated with, partnered with, or authorized by OpenAI, Anthropic, or any AI platform; all such names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Your use of those AI tools is subject to each platform's own terms and policies.

Service fees are as shown on the checkout page. Monthly plans renew automatically each cycle; you can cancel anytime from your account. Payments are processed securely by a licensed third-party payment provider.

You must provide true and accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use it for fraud, money laundering, infringing others' rights, or violating any AI platform's terms. You are responsible for consequences arising from your misuse.

We strive to keep the Service stable and available, but make no guarantee regarding third-party platform availability, policy changes, or account status (including bans). To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party platform policies or force majeure.

You may stop using the Service and cancel a monthly plan at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service to you if you breach these Terms.

ai2sub provides setup and configuration technical services only and is not affiliated or partnered with OpenAI, Anthropic, or any other AI platform. Beyond the technical service itself, we are not responsible for third-party AI platforms' usage, account status, or policy changes.
